hmm I think you hit the nail on the head. The difficulty is in hotseny with self. We rationalize all kinds of things and the rationalizations become so ingrained we cannot see them. I think that's why we need each other, to shed loving light on those things. I have such a deep appreciation for the MANY people in my life who have gently and persistently pointed out my own errors . It's a little easier to be honest with God. When He tells you something, it's pretty hard to ignore And if you do, He is persistent If the nut won't turn, apply more pressure; repeat until it breaks free . j

Discipline is necessary in our walk with God.Also, my deeds and sevcire does not make me worthy of salvation, but the fact that I am His daughter makes me worthy. My deeds and sevcire are useless unless I do them with a good heart.

That's me all the time. I refuse to lsetin to God and try to do everything on my own My desires often lead me to the wrong way and it fails me time to time and whenever that happens, I look back to God. I should try to go where He leads me to go.. Not only when I need Him but every minute of my life

I started with prborevs. I've been reading the bible for three years now, and I still read a proverb in the morning. There are 31 prborevs, and 31 days in the month, so one for each day and they help me so much especially if I really concentrate on each verse specifically. To meditate on it, take notes and pray about it. Thank the Lord for blessings and lessons you have learned, and ask for wisdom on the parts you don't understand. Take notes down on the ones you need help with and ask a christian friend.happy reading!References :

My favorite book is Acts of the Apostles. The thgnis these ordinary men went through to share the gospel with as many people as possible is amazing. After reading a chapter try to visualize the scene, the sounds, the smells, the lay of the land. It really makes it come alive for you. Also Joshua, Judges, Ruth and those books dealing with the Israelite nation are very thought provoking. How they turned away from God and got in trouble and he stopped blessing them. Then they would turn back to him and he would take them back thgnis would go along fine until they got involved with the neighboring nations and started the whole bad cycle over again. You would think they would have learned.References :

Thank you for the focus on the work in NH. The Lord is moving in amazing ways. The pastor/planter training center kicked-off in March and had 14 in attendance. Please pray for Silvanus Bhandari; one of our churches is sponsoring him for his VISA to work among the Nepalese speaking people in NH (over 4000). We have a Nepali church in Manchester that he will pastor; he will also plant a church in Concord.
